YOGA

Puerto Morelos is a yoga haven. Our favorite studio is just a block down the street from our office, Sundara Yoga Shala. The yoga studio (or Shala) is screened in and lets in a lovely breeze in the privacy of a fenced garden lot. Rocio and Patti are wonderful instructors for people of all skill levels.
