What makes Casa Agua Azul worth a closer look is the way it opens to the outdoors. Across three stories, verandas and terraces offer places to sit, read or gather. Downstairs, the living spaces lead towards a walled garden and private pool.

For our December 2024 feature, we follow those spaces through the day: a morning upstairs, time by the water and an evening back at the house.

01 · Start with the view

Let the morning
take its time.

Step from the bedroom onto a veranda and make room for a quiet start. The ocean outlook and generous sitting areas are as much a part of this home as the rooms inside.

King beds, private bathrooms and rich tropical woodwork give the bedrooms their character. But it is the connection to the open air that sets the scene.

02 · A private pause

Beach nearby.
Pool at home.

The beach is half a block away, so a walk along the shore can be part of an unhurried day. Back at Casa Agua Azul, the walled garden offers another place to spend it.

Take a swim, stretch out beside the pool or gather on the patio. There is room to enjoy being together without needing to fill every hour.

03 · Stay a little longer

Evenings that need
no elaborate plan.

Cook at home, settle into the living room or head towards the town square, four blocks away. This is a home with space for shared meals and quiet corners alike.
