The April 2025 feature introduced Catalina’s two apartments through their independent living spaces and common outdoor setting. Each offered its own kitchen and bedroom, with the pool bringing guests into the garden.
It is an arrangement that works for different daily rhythms: breakfast at home, an afternoon outdoors and space to retreat later.
Give the morning a little space.
An individual kitchen and dining area let you begin the day at your own pace. Choose the apartment that fits your needs and make a simple breakfast before heading out.
The pool is the meeting place.
The shared pool and patio offer a natural pause between outings. Each apartment is booked separately; the outdoor areas are enjoyed with other Catalina guests.
Leave the afternoon open.
A rooftop terrace adds another outlook above the surrounding streets. Back inside, the apartments offer the practical comfort of a separate bedroom and living space.
