If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, your payment is refundable less credit-card processing fees. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, shortening a stay or reducing the number of guests.

A reservation cancelled within 24 hours of booking is refundable. Reservations for December 20–31 are non-refundable.

If a hurricane affects travel, Abbey del Sol will work with the guest to move the reservation or provide a refund when possible.

Utility or amenity interruptions, nearby construction/noise, weather and environmental conditions outside Abbey del Sol’s control do not automatically create a refund entitlement; our team will make reasonable efforts to address issues that can be resolved.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Earlier access may be possible depending on the property and same-day schedule; please confirm your arrival time with us. If your rental is not ready, you may leave luggage at reception and use the Abbey del Sol pool.

Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Late checkout may be available for an additional charge when the same-day reservation schedule allows it. Guests with later flights may be able to store luggage and use the pool after checkout.

No smoking, including on balconies. No pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
