And what’s a Posada without a little extra excitement? In addition to the legally required Christmas bonus, Abbey del Sol went above and beyond by organizing a special raffle for the staff.
Last year’s prizes included electronics such as flat-screen TVs and microwaves. This year, the staff suggested cash prizes, and we listened! Each cash prize was paired with a charming stuffed animal, adding a personal, festive touch, thanks to Nancy’s creativity and care.
