Find out more about Tacos and how you can re-create the flavors of Mexico back home.
What inspired you to start making tacos, and what sets your tacos apart from others?
“Growing up, I was fortunate to experience a wide variety of taco styles, from traditional Mexican street tacos to modern fusion creations.
What sets my tacos apart is the dedication to quality ingredients and bold flavors. I source fresh, locally sourced produce and meats whenever possible, ensuring that every bite bursts with authentic taste”.
Can you tell us about the ingredients you use in your tacos and where they come from?
“I use fresh, locally sourced meats and vegetables for my tacos, ensuring high quality and supporting local farmers. I collaborate with spice merchants for custom blends, guaranteeing authentic flavors in every bite”.
Do you have any unique taco creations or flavors that you’re particularly proud of?
“Two of my proudest creations are the Surf and Turf Fusion Taco, combining grilled steak and shrimp with mango salsa and chipotle aioli, and the Veggie Fiesta Taco, featuring roasted vegetables with avocado crema and queso fresco. Both offer unique and delicious flavor combinations that I’m proud to serve”.
For those who might be trying tacos for the first time, what would you recommend as a must-try taco?
“For taco newcomers, I always recommend starting with a classic like the “Carne Asada Taco.” It’s a timeless favorite that features tender, marinated grilled steak topped with fresh cilantro, diced onions, and a squeeze of lime, all wrapped up in a warm corn tortilla. It’s simple yet bursting with flavor, offering a perfect introduction to the world of tacos”.
