Let the greenery set the scene.

Casa Debra brought a different setting to our 2024 collection: a contemporary home in the wooded community of Aldea Ha, away from the beachfront streets.

Large windows, open living spaces and outdoor places to sit connect the house to its green surroundings. This is a look back at what made the property distinctive when we featured it.

01 · Light and space

A home that opens to the trees.

Windows frame the greenery, while the open living and kitchen areas create a place to gather. Natural light and colorful details soften the contemporary lines.

Rather than an ocean outlook, the setting offers a view into the trees.

02 · Outside at home

Take lunch onto the patio.

The original feature showed an outdoor dining space with a grill beside a small pool. It is an easy setting to imagine lingering over a meal.

The patio brings the social spaces outdoors, with the wooded surroundings close by.

03 · Room to pause

Find your own quiet corner.

Bedrooms and upper terraces offer a change of pace from the shared living spaces. The original photographs capture windows onto greenery and places to sit above the garden.
