1. Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations unless we are able to rent the time to someone else:
2. Full refund if canceled 91days prior to arrival.
3. 61 – 90 days prior to arrival – 20% of rent not refunded.
4. 31 – 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent not refunded.
5. 0 - 30 days prior to arrival - 100% not refunded unless we can rent the time to someone else, then you would receive a full refund.
6. For Christmas Holiday weeks 100% of rent paid not refunded if canceled less than 60 days prior (unless we are able to rent to someone else.)

SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. A $200 security deposit is required in addition to your rental deposit.
2. An inspection will be completed on day of departure to assess any damages.
3. The $200 will be refunded to you, minus any charges for damages, 10 days after departure.
